FOCUSED ON THE FUTURE

TPE, Screw with tip and spiral

This screw is the most versatile, it can be installed in any terrain, if the soil is from earth to semi-solid it can be screwed directly giving very good stress values, since it manages to displace the earth around it and compress it, and with the help of the spiral it stays attached to the adjacent surface and it is the cohesion of the terrain that determines its point of displacement.

TBE, Screw with mouthpiece and spiral

Indicated to be installed prior to pre-drilling, it does not have a tip to reduce its cost but it has a mouthpiece that facilitates its introduction and moves aside any possible stones that may obstruct the drilling hole.

TPH, Screw with tip and a helix

Suitable for soft terrains, often soft terrains are problematic to achieve the desired resistance values, but with this model you will achieve it.

TYPES OF TERMINATIONS

Hexagonal head with slots

Hexagonal head with slots

This geometry is perfect due to two features: Its hexagonal shape evenly distributes the force when inserting the screw into the earth, and also, it has the smallest circumscribed perimeter, optimizing the use of the material.

Hexagonal head, central nut

Hexagonal head, central nut

We repeat the hexagonal shape and add a central nut to be able to fix the part of the structure without having to depend on the position of the screw.

Hexagonal head, with welded U

Hexagonal head, with welded U

In this case we replace the central nut with a welded piece that fits the U profile of the structure pillars. In this case we do depend on a position that can delay the assembly process, since we need to match the position of the U and the height of the screw.

Vertical head

Vertical head

In this model the screw acts as a pillar and is anchored directly to the cross of the structure, it also has a determined position, but it can have a saving since you avoid intermediate pieces.

TYPES OF POINT

Extended point

Extended point

This point is shaped directly from the steel tube and with its 400 mm length achieves a smooth and constant penetration of the screw, besides being able to move small stones from the terrain and being the most versatile and resistant point on the market.

Conical point

Conical point

Specially designed for the helix screw, as this type of screws is suitable for very soft terrains and placing our helix as deep as possible is the main objective.

Mouthpiece point

Mouthpiece point

When drilling is performed it is not necessary to have a point like the other two but it is convenient to have this point with mouthpiece that fulfills two very beneficial functions for its installation, such as the proper centering of the screw in the hole and moving aside possible stones that hinder the advancement of the screw while it is introduced in the hole.
